Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell have teamed up for a new album.  Harris tells Billboard.com that she and Rodney have finally made the duets record they've "talked about over the years."

She explains that while they've "sung together and done things," until now they've "never done a whole record together."

Harris says that "Old Yellow Moon" features older material Crowell wrote for others, including "Bluebird Wine" -- the first Crowell song Harris recorded.

Emmylou adds that working on the project was relaxed, and involved "a lot of hanging out and just getting back into some work projects" like they'd done before.  "Old Yellow Moon" will be in stores on February 26th.

Harris and Crowell plan to launch a tour in support of the album this spring.
